If you need help with trips that are not covered by the Medicaid transportation program or by our Community Shuttles or Dial-A-Ride, there are many transportation resources available in the communities we serve. Some transportation services can take you places within your community and others can take you to cities outside of your hometown. To find out about transportation services and assistance, these links may be helpful:

Traveling to or from Spokane?

AMTRAK: Passenger train service to/from Spokane and other major cities

Gold Line: Route service between Kettle Falls and Spokane (Stevens and Spokane counties)

Greyhound: Scheduled bus service to/from Spokane and other major cities

Northwestern Trailways: Scheduled bus service to/from Spokane and other cities

Travel Washington: The Intercity Bus Program Sponsored by Washington DOT (includes the Gold Line, Grape Line, Dungeness Line, Apple Line) 

The Moccasin Express: Bus service from Spokane to Ford, Wellpinit, and Two Rivers

Kaltran: Kalispel Reservation service to Spokane, Ione, Cusick, 49' North Mountain Resort and Chewelah Casino

Spokane Airport Express: Bus service from Moscow, Colfax, and Pulman to the Spokane Airport
